We are a thriving, sustainable and ethical specialist disability accommodation (SDA) market that delivers quality, well designed housing for people living with disability.

Aim: We aim to drive better housing outcomes for people with disability that enhance independence, wellbeing, and quality of life. Through collaboration with government and the NDIA, our members and other stakeholders, we will address complex policy challenges and inspire systemic change. The voices of people with disability will always guide our work and influence our strategies.

Our Staff

Jeramy Hope

Chief Executive Officer 

Jeramy has worked in the disability sector for over 25 years, leading teams through complex reform, project management, quality improvement, governance reviews, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Jeramy has implemented significant sector reforms, complex change management projects, realigned mission/values and restructured departments at disability providers across NSW and QLD.

Jeramy possesses a distinctive set of skills that combines his expertise in the not-for-profit sector along with business acumen. With extensive leadership experience, Jeramy holds an MBA, is a Certified Practicing & Chartered Manager – Fellow of the Institute of Managers & Leaders, and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Jeramy lives with a disability and is a carer of a child with a disability: this enables him to bring a unique perspective to the organisation, along with a broad understanding of the human rights issues relevant to people with disability.

Tina McGregor

Executive Assistant to the CEO and Membership Liaison

Tina has extensive experience providing executive support to senior management and executive teams. Tina has worked in Local Government for close to two decades as an executive assistant to senior personnel including members of executive leadership teams. 

Troy Wilkie

Communications, Advocacy & Engagement Lead

Troy is a skilled political insider and experienced government relations expert renowned for building relationships, creating consensus, and delivering win-win outcomes.

Troy brings strategic vision, a collaborative ethos, and a strong focus on outcomes to his role at the SDA Alliance. He is passionate about advocating for the rights and well-being of people with disabilities and working to ensure a sustainable, participant-focused SDA market. Recognising the current political landscape’s focus on housing as a key opportunity for the organisation, Troy is eager to develop innovative ways to advance the Alliance’s mission and create meaningful change for its members and participants.
